Confluence lets the users create pages starting umlaut (scandinavic) characters but these pages won't get listed with the index-macro. This feature is crucial for the internationalisation of the Confluence.

I've originally faced the problem with the Conflunce version 2.10.3 but have also reproduced with two separate installations of the version 3.1 (and again with 3.5.13)
