      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The options for macros in the Insert menu in the editor don't disappear when a macro is disabled.

      In implementation terms, this probably means that the web-items for the menu should be in the plugin they're associated with, rather than in the TinyMCE plugin.
