Gliffy diagrams cannot be linked from another page

After upgrade from 3.0.1 to 3.1 Gliffy diagrams that are linked from a different page no longer render. The error message on the page is:

Error formatting macro: gliffy: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.atlassian.confluence.spaces.SpaceManager.getPagesStartingWith(Lcom/atlassian/confluence/spaces/Space;Ljava/lang/String;)Ljava/util/List;
