We want to distribute jdbc drivers with confluence. Need to:

• investigate licensing of different drivers
• found out how the drivers can be packaged according to their licenses. There is a suspicion that legally we are not allowed to distribute them inside confluence war but can only put them under tomcat/common/lib/
• check if we need to put any legal notes in the documentation
• update distribution project
