Updating Caches via Administration > Cache Statistics, will update the ehcache.xml file, but upon restart all the caches are set back to default.

      Steps to reproduce

      1) Go to Administration > Cache Statistics

      2) Change the size of some caches to 20000

      3) Restart confluence and go back to Administration > Cache Statistics and you will see they all have been reverted to defaults.
