When trying to open a file located at http://<servername>/plugins/servlet/confluence/default/Personal/~alamb@localhost/Andrew%20Lamb's%20Wiki%20Blog/Files/Leading%20Educators%20Application.doc the file opening fails for WebDAV (I am able to view and download the file normally).

I believe this is due to the apostrophe which is converted to 1 which prevents WebDAV from opening the file. The exact error I get is from Microsoft Word, and the error text reads "Could not open 'http://<servername>/plugins/servlet/confluence/default/Personal/~alamb@localhost/Andrew Lamb&'.
