Colors rendered from a xlsx file are less accurate than colors rendered from a xls file

Now that Confluence supports native Office 2007 files, I was expecting some improvements on the colors rendered by the viewfile macro (compared to an Excel 2007 file saved in Excel 97-2003 format).
But lots of colors appear grey or yellow.
