Office 2007 Doc Import doesn't handle vector graphics

Trying to upload a Microsoft Word file (generated on a Mac) which contains a Vector graphic file (as opposed to Bitmap) fails to render the inline Vector images.

A workaround (which maybe you could include in the docs, if not handling this in for the 3.1 release) is to save back to a Word 2003/4 format, which i believe renders the images as a Bitmap internally in the Word file.
