Headers are demoted in PDF export stylesheet

      H-tags (headers h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6) are demoted in PDF export.

      For example, to get a h1 result in PDF export one must define h1 as h2 in the pdf stylesheet.

      This is both confusing and undocumented. They should stay the same in the stylesheet.
