When edit a Confluence page with the option Edit in word with a Korean character as Confluence page title. will result a document does not exist warning pop up.

Steps to replicate

1. Direct yourself to a page
2. Create a new page with the following title:

3. Save the changes
4. Now use the option Edit in Word via Tools >> Edit in Word

However, there is no problem editing a Confluence page in word with umlaut character as the title of the page.
