Make "Minor Change? (No not. will be sent) " hide changes from beeing visible to the "Recently-updated" macro.

When checking "Minor Change" while making changes to a page you are able to stop email-alerts from beeing sent.
However, "Minor Change (No not. will be sent)" does not stop the small edit from beeing printed out using the "Recently-updated" or "Recently-updated-dashboard" macro.

Because of people fixing typo's or making consmetic changes our Recently-Updated macro is close to useless as most changes aren't "real" changes.

Changing the "Minor Change" to include hiding from the Recently-updated macro by default doesn't sound like the best solution.
Maybe an option under "General Configuration": "Make Minor Change hide updates to the recently-updated macro" or maybe a 2nd checkbox?
