Link to single JIRA issue macro

      It would be pretty handy if there was a

      {jira:ABC-1234}

      macro, which turned into an external link to http://<preconfigured URL/browse/ABC-1234, with strike formatting if the issue is resolved. It could be used to good effect in release notes, like those at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/JIRA+3.0+Early+Access+Program
