Improve the thread dump output

      Improve the thread dump process so:

      • it can be passed by a thread dump analyser
      • Prints a timestamp before doing the dump, so we know the exact time it is dumped.
      • Automatically prints a thread dump before sending support request or creating support zip.

      Nice to have

      • Automatically shows in the Administration > Thread dump page (expandable for each thread) for when the user wants to debug live.
