Add dynamic sorting function to Office Connector's viewfile Excel tables

To add a bit of oomph to the Office Connector, we should add a dynamic sorting function to Office Connector's viewfile Excel tables.

The idea being: to allow the user the ability to click on any heading name, and automatically sort the table by that columns values in a toggable ascending/descending order.
