ConfluenceGroupJoiningAuthenticator no longer adds LDAP users to confluence-users group, if they already have the Can Use permission via another group or individual global permission.
LDAP users should be added to the confluence-users group, if configured to use the ConfluenceGroupJoiningAuthenticator, irrespective of their current group memberships or permissions.
