Uploaded images are not displayed in the RTE after trying to save with an invalid title

      Add a new page, and use the image dialog to upload and insert an image.

      Now try to save the page, using a title which already exists.

      The page is not saved, and the RTE will no longer display the image. Switching to Preview will give the error:

      Unable to render embedded object: File (testimage.png) not found.
