Using dynamic table maro with our confluence 3.0.1 generates error message

Using dynamic table macro with our confluence 3.0.1 generates the following error message:

The code on the page:

Both new pages and old ones ( that were created under Confluence 2.7.1 and previous java versions ) are having this issue.

I have seen a similar issue: http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-4082

We have a large nuber of pages using this plugin, and we do not want to lose this plugin with our upgrade from 2.7.1 to 3.0.1 Confluence.
