The way dependencies from the confluence build to the bundled plugins cause problems in the source distribution.

We need to:

• Change the bundled-plugins project to use the scope "runtime" (instead of "provided") for all the bundled plugins
• Change the source distribution build to checkout and include the bundled plugins in the build
• Remove the dependency management in confluence-project fixing the confluence version
• Remove the exclusions on confluence in the bundled plugins
