Images not exported to pdf

      windows xp, tomcat 5.0.24

      I put some images on one of my pages on my confluence instance. However, after exporting the page to PDF images are not visible in adobe reader. I also checked that an image is not exported when exporting the whole space. The image is properly exported when exporting to HTML.
