Steps to replicate:

1. Make changes using the rich text editor.
2. Wait for a draft to save
3. Navigate away from the page
4. Use the 'back' button in the browser

Notice the changes are lost. This only happens with the rich text editor; in wiki markup, the draft restores. Also note that if the user doesn't use the back button but instead navigates to their drafts, the draft will restore.
