Strange headers added by WebSphere break automated tests

      A test added by http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-16168 is failing in our WebSphere builds. There's an extra header added to the end.
      "no-cache=set-cookies"

      This may be a configuration issue with WebSphere, and it may or may not mean the bug still occurs.
