Thumbnail images are not affected by the maximum size settings in general config

      Go to General Configuration, and set the maximum height and width for thumbnails.

      Now visit a page such as https://qa-eac.atlassian.com/display/DRAFTDEMO/Creating+a+thumbnail+gallery

      Not that the thumbnails contained in the gallery macro are being affected by the setting, but that the single images displayed as thumbnails are not.
