Content By Label macro only accepts a single value for the author parameter

      Use markup such as:

      {contentbylabel:xxx|author=user1,user2}

      In 2.10, this will return results from both authors.

      In 3.0, it will return an error message:

      contentbylabel: Multiple values found: [user2, user1]. Only one value supported.
