There's a gap between Confluence's data model and the constraints defined in its database schema. This gap allows duplicate records to be created where they shouldn't be, with consequences ranging from annoying log messages to messy failures.

It would nice to have a plugin that would run a set of queries to check for such constraints and report the conflicting table rows.
