Source code bundle doesn't define cacheManager spring bean

    Description

      When building confluence from sources, the build completes successfully, but confluence fails to start due to missing definition of the cacheManager bean in the spring config files.

      There are many references to cacheManager bean which in previous versions was defined in cacheServiceContext.xml but that file now doesn't contain the definition any more.

      This makes the current source bundle unusable for standalone or clustered development.
