Thumbnails not working in 3.0 for the same JPEG file as still does in 2.7.3

      See the attached image.
      A thumbnail is not being generated in 3.0 anymore while still perfectly does in 2.7.3
      3.0 renders an error message about image format not being supported

      java -cp atlassian-core-4.3-beta1.jar com.atlassian.core.util.ImageInfo returns image/pjpeg as a mime type.

      For other images that are identified by ImageInfo as image/jpeg (without the "p") thumbnails work.
