Attachment migration from 2.10 to 3.0 fails

      Customer in https://support.atlassian.com/browse/CSP-33293 and hosted (Jens) reported problems when migrating attachment from 2.10 to 3.0. The attachment migration tasks loses the connection to the database midway though the upgrade task.
