{include} macro to update page revision of parent-container page

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      We have necessity for page revisions to be increased for a page when a component of it is updated... for example:

      Page B contains an [include] of Page A. Page A is updated and gets a new revision number. Page B stays at the same revision number.
      With this enhancement Confluence would increase each revision number for both Page A and Page B.
