Page/space watches notification contains full contents despite option is unchecked

The following options are available in personal email settings:

1. Show changed content (Description: Check this option to see changes made in Edit notification emails (HTML format only))
2. Show full content (Description: Check this option to see the full Page/News content in Edit notification emails (HTML format only))

The above options do behave as expected, for example:

• If only option 1 is ticked, Confluence sends email with changed contents only
• If only option 2 is ticked, Confluence sends email with full contents only

However, if both of these options unticked, Confluence still sends email with full contents (as if option 2 is ticked). User expects there should only be a summary of changes, similar to daily report.
