The notice should be small and grey, but clearly visible. According to our old agreement with Tangosol, the label would have been "Contains Tangosol Coherence™ Technology. Tangosol, the Tangosol logo and Coherence are trademarks or registered trademarks of Tangosol. Copyright © 2000-2003, Tangosol, Inc. All Rights Reserved.", so we will probably need as much space.
