Add the ability to make user Profiles visible only to validated/verified users

It would be nice if User Profiles were only available to authenticated users, possibly have an option in the Global Permissions under the Confluence Admin area to set this option. Our organization sees it as a high security risk if users enter in personally identifiable information into their User Profile which is then available from the Recently Updated area in the Dashboard to unathenticated users.
