      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create wiki markup with the following lines, where there is a list item that contains a macro such as {quote}
        # This is step no1
        # This is step no2
        # This is step no3
        # This is step no4
        # This is step no5
        # {quote}{loremipsum}{quote}
        # This is step no6
        # This is step no7
        # This is step no8

      2. Click Edit in Word link
      3. Edit the page if necessary. Save and close the Word Document
      4. Refresh your browser to see the changes

      Notice that the list numbering gets restarted and line breaks were added before the macro, hence breaking the list numbering. These are the wiki markup after the edit:

      # This is step no1
      # This is step no2
      # This is step no3
      # This is step no4
      # This is step no5
      # *Create a new line*
      # \\

      {quote}
      {loremipsum}
      {quote}
      # This is step no6
      # This is step no7
      # This is step no8
