I have the following on one page:

The above "page information" in embedded in a template. When I use the template (or have the same information on a page), there are two problems:

a. tasklist is added in the TOC as if it is a heading (with bullet)
b. in dynamic tasklist, after typing in a task, then selecting ADD, the following message is displayed: Failed to instantiate action handler
