Control number of updates displayed using User Status List Macro

    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be really useful to have a parameter to control how many status updates you want to display. Particularly, we have requests to be able to show just the one most recent status update for a person.

            We would like to add a status-list macro to the dashboard so that all user status changes are shown. This would be a great feature for giving a status page on what everybody is doing now.

            We would also like to limit how many status updates we would show for each user. This is a bit different from the other request made above. Something like this:

            {status-list:username=all:maxupdatesperuser=3}

            This results that each user will maximum of three posts even though a specific user might have 5-6 in the same period.
