Image macro: Markup is corrupted by round-tripping when there are square brackets in the filename

Steps:.
1. I captured a snap shot using skitch and save it on desktop.
2. By default the page name as [] and () brackets in file name.
3. I just uploaded the file and try to see it in confluence page.

Result:
1. It give me error message Unable to render embedded object: File (2009-10 (5_28-06_11)_WAM_Orders Issue Navigator - ClickBank Jira.jpg) not found.
2. Seems its treating text inside [] brackets as link.

Expected:
1. Either we handle attachment with these characters or not let user upload an attachment with these characters.
