Link tip breaks the link when the page it links to gets renamed

      How to replicate the bug:

      1. Create a page with name PageA
      2. Create second page with name PageB
      3. Inside PageB, insert the following wiki markup: 
        [PageA|PageA|This is Link Tip for Page A]
      4. Now rename PageA
      5. Refresh PageB and you will see that PageA link have been broken
        1. When you hover over, it tryign to create a page with the name of "link tip"
