It would be nice if a site or space administrator could configure Confluence so that Change Comments are mandatory when a page is saved. With our enterprise deployment, we rely on Change Comments to allow "watchers" to easily understand the motivation and high-level content of changes. With Confluence 2.10, comments are optional and we're faced with a persistent user-training issue.
