While in the RTE you can insert more text on the page if the last thing you edited was a code block but you dont want the next bit bit text to be a code block

Steps to reproduce

• Add some text to an RTE
• Make sure there is no carriage returned after the text
• Select the text and mark it up as code
• put the cursor in the code block

Now you cant get out of the code block, either with the mouse or the keyboard. And hence you cant add any more test that is not a code block.

Preformmated text also has the same problem.
