Editing an image in the RTE with IE causes a default height and width to be added

Add an image to a page - this will generate wiki markup such as:

!image.jpg!

In the RTE, use the 'Edit Image' dialog, and click OK without making any changes.

Switch back to wiki markup - you now have:

!image.jpg|width=320,height=240!
