Entering fullscreen mode when adding comments in IE7 causes the RTE toolbar to not be displayed, including the button to switch batck to non-fullscreen mode.

Note that this mode is not quite fullscreen. Elements of the page/post being commented on are visible at the bottom of a large enough screen. Perhaps the fullscreen RTE is vertically offset incorrectly?
