Users should not be able to start a second space export in the same session

• Start a space export of SPACE1
• In a second tab, as the same user, start another space export of SPACE2

The second space export will replace the first one in the original tab. It is then impossible for the user to retrieve the export file for the SPACE1 export, so they must redo it.

If performing exports of two spaces at once is not supported, then the UI should prevent it. Maybe show a message "Space Export is already running" in the second tab, and give the user the option to wait, or to cancel it.
