Automatically watch all my created pages

Often I want to watch all the pages I create, so that I can respond to people who comment on those pages. Yes I can watch my own space, but if I create pages outside my space I'd probably like to be watching them by default. I'd suggest a (default checked) checkbox when I create a new page saying 'Watch this page', or at least a user setting which would allow the default to be watching any created pages.
