New look for user email preferences needs its layout fixed

      • The important information (HTML vs TEXT) is not prominent enough and gets lost in the surrounding text.
      • The width of the description below the HTML/TEXT heading is a different width to all the descriptions below it
      • There is not enough spacing between the HTML/TEXT description and the next checkbox, and the spacing is inconsistent with all the checkboxes below.
