      I'm in a Confluence page that has an attachment called "C9 - Intro - Three Confluence Deployments That Blow You Away.ppt"

      1) I want to link to that attachment from a comment so I do as shown in the screenshot below:

      2) Then I preview the comment and it looks like the following:

      3) Then I save the comment and the link looks as follows:
