Network tab and Sidebar look rubbish when the Network macro has been disabled

    Description

      Disable the Profile Macro plugin, or just the network macro.

      The Network tab will now display a red error "Unknown macro:

      {network}

      " instead of the list of followed people.

      The Sidebar in a user's Personal Space will also show this error.

      See screenshots.

      This doesn't look good. If the network macro has been disabled, then the Network tab and Sidebar should still work using an alternative display method, or they should not try to show the information.

      It also may not make sense to allow users to follow/stop following if they can't access the details of who they have followed.
