Global settings on EAC cluster were reverted to defaults on May 7

    Description

      The EAC attachments admin screen tells me that it is storing it's data on the filesystem, which is not true. It may "just" be a UI bug, but it could be more serious than that as well. With all the setting of the backup job going missing, could this be related, and part of a larger bug/problem?

      Public signup, max attachment size, and all the other global settings were reverted to the defaults.
