em dash in the attachment causes Confluence's crash

      Confluence produces stacktrace error message java.lang.NullPointerException when trying to edit attachment which contains em dash, it happens on Confluence 2.10.3. The steps to reproduce:

      1. Attach the attached file to Confluence page in the attachment page.
      2. Click Edit link in the attachment page.

      The following is a piece of the stacktrace that I experienced with:

      java.lang.NullPointerException
    at com.atlassian.confluence.pages.actions.MoveAttachmentAction.bootstrap(MoveAttachmentAction.java:120)
