Alphabetical listing of pages does not work when there are too many pages beginning with a letter

      Seems like a regression of http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-14072

      This appears to still be a problem.

      Steps to verify:

      1. Open the list of pages starting with "A" in the Confluence documentation space:
      http://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/listpages-alphaview.action?key=DOC&startsWith=a
      2. Click "All" and then navigate to page 4 or 5. There are clearly pages beginning with "A".

      Oddly, there are less "A"s than "V"s, and yet "V"s appear as expected.
