Rebuilding the index on EAC got stuck on 99% and never finished.

It turned out that this was due to a very large mail message causing memory problems on the instance. We need to introduce a limit on the size of content:

• when inserted through the editor, we need validation
• when creating mail, we should truncate the message and warn when it happens.
