Steps to reproduce are:
1. Edit a page
2. Insert a table on the page with 2 rows and 8 columns
3. Type the text "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ1234567890" or any long text without white spaces in each cell
4. Save the changes
5. Observe that the newly inserted table overflows the page boundary.

The overflow causes the page backgound not to be rendered behind the full span of the table causing an undesirable display.

Expected Result:
The page background must span the full width of the table.
